Get Scout on your phone
Set your password using your invitation first, then follow these steps.
1. Open Scout on your phone
Already installed? Tap Open Scout on your phone. If nothing opens, use the installation instructions below.

Get Scout for iPhone or iPadIf your device isn’t listed or installation fails, ask the person who invited you for the installation link for your device.
After choosing your password, you can close the setup page and install Scout later.
2. Sign in with your Scout account
Use the email that received your invitation and the password you chose. These are your Scout sign-in details, not your Chick-fil-A login.
3. Start with a form
In Scout, open Forms and choose a form your operator has published. If your restaurant isn’t ready or no forms are available, ask your operator to finish setup.
